Washio is seeking a talented Human Resources Manager to join our HQ team in Santa Monica. The Ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the growth stage of technology companies, having played a key role in building organizations from 50 to 100+ employees. The Human Resources Manager will be our sole HR employee and lead all our internal efforts, including management of benefits, creating internal policies and handbooks, and fostering a healthy and happy work environment.

 

You will...

  • Manage our benefits administration, training and other HR programs

  • Coordinate all recruiting activities with involvement in hiring plans, job descriptions, marketing and recruiting roles, screening candidates, collecting feedback and closing candidates

  • Refine and coordinate performance review process, promotions and compensation changes with management team

  • Coordinate effective employee on-boarding and terminations, including equipment, access, required forms, visa clearances and team assimilations
